REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All players will need an active Field Hockey BC membership number. An FHBC membership provides player insurance which is a requirement to play field hockey in BC. FHBC member fees are included in your SEAtoSKY FHC member registration fees.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

To confirm your registration, payment is due within 24 hours of submitting your on-line registration. Payment options are:

  • Credit card - a processing fee from your credit card provider will be applied (estimated at 3% plus a $0.90)

  • Cheque or e-Transfer – email transfer to seatoskyfhctreasurer@gmail.com

For those who are unable to use one of the other two preferred options, please contact our treasurer to discuss.

 

REFUNDS

Refund Policy:

Refunds, less a $100 administration fee, will be provided up to the following dates:

  • Spring season: January 15, 2024.

  • Summer camp: April 15, 2024

After this date, refunds will only be provided for medical reasons and must be accompanied by a physician’s note.
