Indoor Hockey

The Sea To Sky FHC believes that Indoor Hockey is a fun, high skilled and complimentary game that engages and teaches strong basic technical and tactical skills suitable to all forms of hockey. The game is played indoors on hard surfaces (like school sports gymnasiums), or under cover on artificial turf surfaces (like a bubble over a tennis court), and intends to embrace the indoor hockey programs that have been popular on the North Shore for its members to enjoy.

See our programs page for more details on our indoor program. Our indoor program will run December-February.

+ What are the commitment expectations?

The field hockey season runs September to March for the U14-U18 age group and September to November for all other age groups. Consistent attendance is required. We expect an 80% participation rate to practices and games. Inconsistent attendance at practice or the missing of games affects the entire team’s performance. If you are unable to meet these criteria please reach out to us for a solution.

+ Will the program continue during the spring league?
