PROGRAM INFORMATION
SEAtoSKY FHC runs multiple programs that span the duration of the school year and a couple of week-long camps in the summer.
SUMMER CAMP
During the Summer, the Sportways camp in July is a highlight for ages 8 to 16. The August camps invite players back to field hockey after a well deserved summer break and this year players have two options: Junior Summer Camp and Pre-Season Sessions for Grades 7 & 8.
FALL SEssion
In September, the Fall session comprises Womenโs League for ages 13+ and Junior League for ages under 13. We have teams in several divisions within Womenโs League (including the top-tiered Premier division) that run from September to March. Our Junior teams in the Grouse, Cypress, and Whistler tiers play from September to November. Winter skills program run from January to March. Tournaments during this session include Shooting Stars and Cowichan and Duncan Indoor.
PLAYER PROGRESS LAB
The Player Progress Lab is an additional training opportunity designed to help athletes of all levels, who are serious about reaching their full potential. With focus on personalized coaching, innovative training techniques, and game-specific skill enhancement, our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete. Through a combination of small-group sessions, video analysis, and progressive drills, participants gain confidence, improve their performance, and achieve measurable results. Please note this program is for current SEAtoSKY FHC members only.
SPRING PROGRAMS
After Spring Break, the Spring session comprises our Spring program for U6-U10 program and the Greater Vancouver Junior Field Hockey League for ages 11+. Tournaments during this session include Club Championships and India Club tournament.
WINTER PROGRAM
The Winter program runs on Wednesday and/or Friday nights from January 2026 through March 2026. These sessions will feature small-group, technical training focused on ball control, passing techniques (push, sweep, hit), receiving, and defensive skills. This program is open to U10 (DOB 2016) to U14 (DOB 2012) players and will be led by our Head Coach, Kyle Marks. Open to both members and non-members.
