All players will need an active Field Hockey BC membership number. An FHBC membership provides player insurance which is a requirement to play field hockey in BC. FHBC member fees are included in your Sea To Sky FHC member registration fees.

Note: Players will not be allowed to play until they have a new FHBC membership or their current membership is renewed.

Sea To Sky FHC is run and operated by volunteers. We strive to create a positive community for our athletes and their families.

Important Registration Information (PLEASE READ)

All players require a Sea To Sky FHC uniform.  Uniforms should be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. The pricing goes as follows:

U6 - U9: jersey + socks estimated at $57.50 (wear own black bottoms)

U10 - U17: 2 jerseys, skort + 2 x socks estimated at $160

To confirm your registration, payment is due within 24 hours of submitting your on-line registration. Payment options are:

  • Credit card - a processing fee from your credit card provider will be applied (estimated at 3% plus a $0.90)

  • e-Transfer – please send the e-Transfer to seatoskyfhctreasurer@gmail.com

  • Cheque – For those who are unable to use one of the other two preferred options, please contact our treasurer seatoskyfhctreasurer@gmail.com to discuss.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds, less a $100 administration fee, will be provided up to the following dates:

  • Fall programs: August 1, 2019

  • Indoor programs: November 1, 2019

After these dates, refunds will only be provided for medical reasons and must be accompanied by a physician’s note.

COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONS:

The field hockey season runs September to November for the fall league and September to March for the Women’s league. Consistent attendance is required. We expect a 75% rate to practices and games. Inconsistent attendance at practice or the missing of games affects the entire team’s performance. If you are unable to meet these criteria please reach out to us for a solution.
